Objectives

We run a vibrant community centre in a deprived part of south London and offer support to local families, adults and older people in the form of advice and information, advocacy, a lunch club for older people, community cafe, food-bank, gardening, youth sports activities and more.

Activities

We manage the community centre on a non for profit basis, offering office and hall space to local groups and providing a range of activities including exercise and fitness, craft, day-care and worship.

We run the Step Forward programme supporting local families and adults with issues around housing, benefits, debt, poverty, domestic violence, poor health, children's behaviour and/or health, income maximisation etc.

We run the lunch club for older people and other services for older customers, including a daily hot meal cooked from fresh, welfare advice, chair-based exercise, art and craft, quizzes, bingo and games.
