Objectives

Advocacy' is all about people controlling their own lives. We help people to make their own decisions and achieve their own goals. Our work includes supporting individuals or groups to:

  • access information or services
  • be more in control of decisions about their own lives
  • look at choices and options
  • know their rights
  • speak up about issues that matter to them

We support people through one to one and group advocacy provision. Some of this is statutory (set out in law) and some is non-statutory.  We support people who may be vulnerable due to disability, mental health need, learning disability, older age, sensory impairment or who may be socially isolated.

Activities

Cloverleaf provides;

  • One to one statutory and non statutory advocacy services for vulnerable individuals and groups
  • Carers information, advice and support services
  • Advocacy training
