Objectives

The Clackmannan Town Hall Trust is a voluntary community organisation who are committed to a long-term project to manage Clackmannan Town Hall and provide educational, social welfare and recreational facilities for our local community.

Established in 2004, the Trust has overseen the management of the Town Hall, in that time organising community events and operating as a social centre for the people of Clackmannan. The Town Hall has been well-maintained inside and out with many original features retained.

Activities

Board members work collaboratively to guide the Trust and carry out many different functions:

Shape priorities and vision for the Trust
Engaging with strategic planning, management, and maintenance of the Town Hall
Engaging and planning events for the community
Ensuring that policies and procedure are in place and robust
Managing bookings and events taking place at the Hall
Making sure accounts are correct and monies spent well
Act as ambassadors for the Trust and Town Hall
Liaising with external stakeholders and statutory organisations (i.e. local authority)
Attend regular Board meetings, usually held on the last Tuesday of every month, with occasional ad hoc meetings as required.
