We are reaching out to people of all ages, but particularly young people, using our academic knowledge and understanding of the history and languages of Asia, the Middle East and other parts of the world, to help foster international understanding and cultural exchange. We want to inspire people to learn about other cultures and find creative ways to build a better world for the future.
So far as an educational charity we have run two educational programmes for primary school children in school, and have also run three Holiday History Camps for secondary level youngsters in Cambridge, based in Cambridge colleges, in connection with the University of Cambridge. The Holiday History Camps have been on Alexander the Great, and we want to do them on other subjects in the future. As individuals we are also engaged in furthering our own academic research, which helps to enrich what we can offer to young people. We are also trying to find ways to help refugees by providing education and training, and need help creating online courses for them.
