Citizens Advice is a national charity. Wrexham advice bureau are a member of this organisation. We provide free advice services within the borough of Wrexham. Our main funder is the local authority but we have numerous other funded projects offering free, relevant advice from appropriately qualified persons.  We also offer free telephone advice and users of our services may also utilise the main Citizens Advice website.

Our staff and volunteers are trained in all aspects of advice that our clients required for example debt counselling, welfare benefits, taxation matters and many others. We are required to meet national standards and are audited again quality advice standards. Our volunteers are an important part of our service delivery working alongside employees.

Our trustee board are responsible for the governance of our organisation and monitor service delivery and finance.
