Objectives

Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire is a free, confidential, impartial service for the people of West Oxfordshire.  We primarily help people with advice and support on benefits and income, debt and money management, housing and homelessness, employment rights and responsibilities, consumer issues, discrimination and much more.  We also help to identify local and national issues where policy or practice has an unfair impact on particular groups, and we campaign for change on policy and practice matters.

Activities

We provide a range of advice, information and support services via telephone, email, web chat and through face to face drop-in and appointments.  We provide face to face services at our Witney Advice Centre, and at outreaches in Chipping Norton and Carterton.  We can also home visit those who are unable to get to us, and who need more support.
