Objectives

Citizens Advice Surrey Heath provides free, impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the local community.

It is part of the Citizens Advice network - the most recognised and trusted provider of information and advice in the country.

Activities

Our activity was mainly carried out online, on the telephone and at our offices inSurrey Heath House Knoll Road, Camberley through drop-in enquiries and arranged face to face consultations, we also provide outreach services at various events & locations across Surrey Heath. In addition home visits have been utilized to enhance reach to the local community. we also offer web chat and email in order to increase the reach to the community.

The earlier pandemic and the recent & ongoing cost-of-living critis has led to an increase in demand for our service and a greater reliance on technology so most of our service is provided remotely by advisers using the telephone, web chat or email.
