Objectives

Citizens Advice Surrey Heath provides free, impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the local community.

It is part of the Citizens Advice network - the most recognised and trusted provider of information and advice in the country.

Activities

Our activity was mainly carried out at the Knoll Road, Camberley through face to face consultations supplemented by Outreaches in Windle Valley in Bagshot and Cobham Community Centre. In addition telephone services and home visits have been utilized to enhance reach to the local community. we also offer web chat and email in order to increase the reach to the community.

The pandemic has led to an increase in demand for our service and a greater reliance on technology so most of our service is provided remotely by advisers using the telephone, web chat or email.
