Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne provides advice people need for the problems they face as well as improve policies and practices that affect people's lives. The service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone.
Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne provides advice to over 4500 people a year, helping them with over 16,000 problems including housing, debt, benefits and employment. We have a team of employed staff working alongside more than 30 volunteers to provide advice service across Runnymede and Spelthorne. We are a local charity at the heart of our community entirely funded by grants and donations.
