In the long term we want to improve an individual's health and wellbeing through reducing stress and enabling a more balanced life. A recent client survey undertaken by Citizens Advice indicated that whilst clients had issues and problems outstanding then in 81% of cases it was having a negative effect on their mental or physical wellbeing. With the issue resolved, 86% of clients reported an improvement in their mental and/or physical wellbeing. From the same survey, 83% of clients said their visit had improved their confidence and also their ability to deal with a similar issue in the future. This is a key outcome that we want to achieve for our clients. We want to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to reach their potential and make a positive contribution to the community they work and live in.
