Citizens Advice North Hertfordshire aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives through campaigning for change.

In North Hertfordshire and South Cambridgeshire advice is delivered face-to-face from 3 main offices and several outreach locations, as well as via phone and email. We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone. We are equipped to respond to any issue, from anyone, covering areas including benefits, debt, employment, relationships, and housing.
We offer specialist advice on benefits, debt, housing repossessions for debt, managing money and energy advice through a wide variety of projects. We provide a general advice service utilising our highly trained and committed volunteers.
