Citizens Advice Mid Bedfordshire serves a community of some 143,000 people. We have over 50 volunteers and staff and provide advice covering a wide range of problems including debt, benefits, housing, employment and family matters.
Our organisation has a robust business plan that identifies ways in which we can better serve our community; this plan is reviewed on a regular basis. Throughout the organisation we monitor the service we provide against client feedback to ensure that we deliver relevant advice.
