Objectives

We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.

Activities

We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales. Generalist and specialist advice services are provided by telephone and email and at two hospitals and HMP Wormwood Scrubs. When Covid restrictions are lifted services will resume at our offices based at Chelsea Old Town Hall and also at various outreach locations.  Additional services provided: legal, debt, income maximisation, Grenfell and other outreach in hospitals, mental health clinics and food banks.

The Research and Campaign team contributes to national action as well as responding to local situations.
