The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
Last year we dealt with almost 20,000 enquiries from 13,000 people. We helped people with debts of £4.6m, and we gained £1.55m additional income for them.
