Objectives

The aims of our service is :-

To provide the advice people need for the problems they face
To improve the policies and practices that affect peoples lives.

We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

Activities

We have 3 offices in Hertsmere offering a drop in face to face service. We also offer telephone and email advice to support people to resolve their issues. We have caseworkers in areas such as disability benefits, housing and debt.
