Objectives

The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free information and advice, and by influencing policy makers.

Our principles:

The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.

Our aims:

  • To provide the advice people need for the problems they face
  • To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives

Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham receives its core funding from the local authority and this includes our award winning volunteer-led library service delivered at Avonmore Library in West Kensington.

CAHF is also funded from a variety of other sources to provide a range of complimentary projects both for information/ advice work and for wider skills development supporting residents with digital and money skills.
