Objectives

We offer an independent, impartial, non-judgemental and confidential advice service to all who need it free of charge. Disabled access is available.

The Citizens Advice service aims:

  • to ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively and equally.
  • to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services both locally and nationally.

Activities

We offer a telephone and appointment service as well as an outreach, to give advice to members of the local community who need it.
