Objectives

Our aims are provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. We provide face-to-face and telephone advice. In 2018-19 we helped 2,851 clients on one or more occasion with 8,475
issues.

Activities

We have three permanent bases and three outreach offices across the Epping Forest District. Benefits and debt problems make up more than 50% of our case-load.
