Objectives

Our aim is to provide people with the necessary advice to overcome their challenges and enhance policies and practices that impact their lives. We are committed to serving everyone, offering a comprehensive range of information, advice and guidance. We understand that interconnected issues often underlie a single problem, we aim to address our client’s entire situations rather than tackling isolated issues. Our services are delivered through various channels, including telephone, email, digital platforms and face to face interactions. We cater to clients who reside in the Dudley Borough and the City of Wolverhampton, employing diverse methods to reach and assist individuals. We have a strong presence in the local community, earning the trust of both funding organisations and our clients. We are equipped with resources, tools and expertise, and dedicated to resolving client’s problems. In situations where we can’t assist directly, we will refer to our trusted partners. We are advocates for change, pushing for improvement in policy that makes life less challenging for individuals.
