Objectives

OUR AIMS and Principles are:

To help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice and by influencing policymakers. We use evidence of our clients’ problems to campaign for improvements in laws and services that affect everyone.

Our principles are to provide advice which is independent, impartial, confidential and FREE.

Activities

We give advice in various ways - Face to face ; telephone; email; Skype , in our main offices and also at various outreaches throughout South Norfolk and North Suffolk.  We also have specialist workers , working with cancer patients in hospitals throughout Norfolk and people in crisis. In addition we give advice on energy provision and value.  We provide statistical data to campaign for changes in legislation both locally and nationally.
