Sometimes this changes lives, often we are able to increase income and help alleviate poverty, prevent homelessness, resolve debt problems and improve health
We offer an open door service from two offices in Thetford and Diss for four days a week at each and two outreach sessions at Harleston and Eye. We can also respond to clients by e-mail, on the telephone and by Skype. Additionally we offer a casework service for those wanting more help to access welfare benefits, to resolve their debt problems or to understand employment law. We operate from four hospitals in Norfolk providing advice to those with cancer and throughout Norfolk and Suffolk we offer the new pension options service, Pension Wise.
