Citizens Advice Croydon is a member of the Citizens Advice network, offering free, confidential, independent and impartial advice to the residents of the London Borough of Croydon.
Advice covers the range of English Civil Law, but is predominantly centred on Social Welfare Law - welfare benefits, money and debt, housing, employment, immigration, family and relationships, community care, tax and utilities, consumer and travel.
Services are provided by telephone and on line channels and it is hoped that we will return to offering face to face services for clients once COVID conditions allow.
