Geographical remit:

Citizens Advice bureaux are independent, non-profit charities, supported by teams of specialist staff and trained volunteers that give free, confidential, impartial independent information and advice to their communities. The service aims to make this information and advice available to all, regardless of race, sex, disability, age or sexuality. It draws on its experience of client problems to suggest where improvements can be made to local and national policy. It is committed to equal opportunities for clients and for all the people working in bureaux, whether paid or voluntary.

LeicesterShire Citizens Advice Bureau provides a Citizens Advice service in Leicester and Leicestershire (except for Charnwood, which remains an independent bureau). We have a number of branches and outreach venues providing face to face advice across the city and county covering Blaby, Market Harborough, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Hinckley, South Wigston, Leicester and Lutterworth. We also provide a telephone and e-mail service.
