We provide information and advice to all clients in the community on a wide range of issues including, welfare benefits, housing, employment, consumer, debt and legal advice. We provide specialist advice on social security up to and including tribunal representation and housing advice through our housing unit team. Telephone advice is operated on a countrywide basis in partnership with the 5 county CitAd. We report areas of injustice through our social policy work to try to influence change where client groups are disadvantaged.
