Citizens Advice Birmingham is a local charity dedicated to serving the people of Birmingham by providing them with advice and information on a wide range of subjects.
We help many more people than we can directly support by campaigning. We use the evidence from our clients to challenge those in authority to change their policies and practices.

We listen, explain all the options available and advise on the best course of action to take. It is about helping people to understand both their rights and responsibilities so they can make informed choices about the problems they face.
