Objectives

Our purpose:

To give people the knowledge and confidence to find their way forward - whoever they are and whatever their problem.

Our organisation is a member of a national network of charities that make up the national advice charity, Citizens Advice. We pride ourselves for being the only Advice agency in Bedford to hold an Advice Quality Standards certificate.

We help a wide range of clients within Bedford Borough to assist them with their problems, ranging from benefit and debts issues, to consumer and relationships.

Activities

We offer people advice and assist them with resolving problems through 3 different channels - emails, telephone and face-to-face. Examples of advice that we provide are assisting clients with benefit appeals, separation advice, debt issues, homelessness, and many more.
