We provide quality assured, free, confidential, independent, and impartial advice on a wide range of topics, including debt, housing, employment, health, relationships, welfare benefits, immigration, discrimination and human rights.
We can offer advice over the telephone, face to face or online.
We help people diagnose their problems, give information, explain their options and identify what further action can be taken.
We also help with filling in forms, drafting letters and contacting third parties to help resolve the problem
Our advice sessions are run by a team of volunteers, who undergo a comprehensive training programme before being able to offer advice, followed up with ongoing training and support.
