Circles UK’s vision is of no more victims, through a community contribution to reducing sexual re-offending, harnessing the skills and dedication of local volunteers.

Mission Statement

Circles UK seeks greater public protection by working towards a substantial reduction in sexual offending by providing a range of services to local Circles of Support and Accountability Projects.  Further, it aims to develop greater public understanding of community approaches to public protection.

 Our six key values are

  • Safety – We work towards the objective of ‘no more victims’.

  • Responsibility – Holding individuals and organisations to account for their actions.

  • Inclusiveness - Managing risk through inclusion not exclusion.

  • Community involvement – Recognising the importance of community involvement.
  • Growth and learning – Recognising that with necessary support and challenge, people have the ability to grow, learn and change their behaviour.

  • Individuality and respect - Treating people with humanity and respect.
