Chrysalis Prevention of Men's Suicide is a charity what raises awareness for men's mental health. The charity runs a support group every week offering a safe and confidential space to talk about what someone may be going through, we also offer support by sign posting people to the correct avenues for their specific needs.
Our charity hosts many events to raise money and spread awareness of the cause. We hold events under the name #MandownMovement where we host live bands, raffles and speeches to raise money to put back into the community so the support groups can run.
