It is estimated that one in four young people will experience some form of sexual abuse before the age of 18. While not all will develop mental health problems in later life, for some, the effects of childhood sexual abuse can be traumatic and long lasting. CHOICES is a registered charity which offers recovery.
We offer individual specialist long-term counselling; psycho- educational workshops and telephone support. In addition, we offer professional development for counsellors and others working with sexual abuse.
