Objectives

The objective of the charity is to ensure the disadvantaged ethnic Chinese living and working in the UK have access to quality information, advice and support.  In particular, CIAC provides advice, advocacy and support to the women of domestic violence, new migrants and older settlement who are disadvantaged due to the cultural and linguistic barriers.

Activities

CIAC is a frontline charity serving the disadvantaged and vulnerable in the community to overcome their linguistic and cultural barrier: advocacy for and support the domestic violence women victims and the homeless; benefit advice to the low-income people; immigration and asylum legal advice; and one-to-one support on wellbeing and healthcare.
