Chiltern Music Therapy is an innovative and inclusive organisation providing specialist music therapy and community music sessions. We support over 2500 people a year - our youngest patient is 30 weeks gestational age and our oldest is 97 years of age. We are privileged to work with people across the life span and support them and their families to live their lives to the best potential. We support people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, Autism, Brain injury, dementia, mental-health and emotional difficulties, stroke & Parkinson's disease sufferers and those with life-threatening illnesses. We value the importance of access to specialist Music Therapy - to ensure that everyone can benefit. We hope to create a world that listens to the power of music and gives a voice to all.
