We are a small independent charity that provides free advice and information to help vulnerable and disadvantaged members of our community resolve housing issues and thereby improve their quality of life.
Currently, we provide specialist housing advice to clients who have drug and alcohol issues or mental health issues who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Over the course of our history we have held contracts providing specialist advice and support to people who are rough sleeping, to young people and to those with debt.
The Neptune Project provides housing advice, support and advocacy to people with mental health issues. We can help people who are either in accommodation or homeless. We can assist those who are over 18 and are looking to live in Cheltenham.
The Doorway Project provides housing advice, support and advocacy to people with current or historic drug or alcohol issues. We can help people who are either in accommodation or homeless. We can assist those who are over 18 and are looking to live in Cheltenham. The Project has been running for six years.
