Help with benefits: Uniquely, we visit elderly people in their own homes to help with benefits claims
One-to-one befriending: Regular visits by volunteer befrienders
Events to promote social interaction: Older people, carers and volunteers are invited to regular tea parties and other social events
Support: For those living with Parkinson’s disease and their carers
Signposting to other services: Through regular contact with service users we are able to identify unmet needs and make the appropriate links to other services.
