Changing Lives is a nationwide charity helping people facing some of the most challenging circumstances to make positive change – for good. Each year, our team of 700 staff and 300 volunteers support thousands of people to change their lives for the better. We have over 100 projects across the North, Midlands and London providing services across four themes:
• Housing and homelessness
• Recovery and addiction
• Employment
• Women and children
Changing Lives is an organisation made up of people from different backgrounds and experiences who bring their unique talents to really focus on what matters to the people we support. We are proud to say that 20% of our staff have lived experience of accessing our services or similar services. It is important that our Board brings together people with different experiences, backgrounds, and stories who can truly add value to what we do.
