Chain of Hope helps children with heart disease in developing and war torn countries as well as supporting the establishing the set up of cardiac services around the world. Chain of Hope transfer knowledge to healthcare professionals as well as develop infrastructure by provision of equipment and vital cardiac consumables and sometimes supplementing skilled staff.

Chain of Hope mobilises volunteer specialist cardiac teams or 'missions' to go overseas to provide treatment free of charge to those in need as well as flying children to hospitals in the UK and around that world that are part of the charity's network of partner hospitals.

Chain of Hope provides hands on training during these missions as well as tailoring individual training programmes where possible.

Chain of Hope also raises funds for vital equipment and development of cardiac facilities in order to help local healthcare professionals develop their own cardiac services to in turn help more children.
