Geographical remit: 


Our charity provides professional supportive and therapeutic services to people experiencing emotional distress. Many of our clients face additional challenges which contribute to their distress such as family breakdown, lack of confidence, social isolation, discrimination, ill-health and disabilty. Our services are tailored to me the needs of the individual so as to enable them to improve their lives.


The charity provides counselling, CBT, psychotherapy, therapeutic social work and occupational therapy interventions to adults, young people and children. To support these activities and maximise the amount of service provision, the charity provides high-quality work experience placements to trainee counsellors, cognitive behaviour therapists, psychotherapists, social workers and occupational therapists.
