Objectives

The principal activity of the trust in the year under review was the improvement of public health by the means of good food. The trust is a charitable body and was established in 1989 to continue the ground-breaking work of Caroline Walker in her spirit, and in particular to protect the quality of food.

The work of the trust includes resources, books, lecturers and annual award reception.
