Our strategic aims are to;

Raise the profile of family carers and the caring role

Influence society to improve family carers’ lives

Work with family carers and local partners to develop strong networks

Support the growth and development of solutions for family carers especially preventative and early intervention services

Activities

Carers Trust Cambridgeshire (CTC) is an award winning, large, independent charity supporting unpaid family carers of all ages and people with care needs in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk. These include Young Carers from the age 8-15 and Young Adult Carers of 16-25. We offer flexible, whole family support that works with the family carer(s) and the person they care for to ensure they receive what they need and want: person-centred provision of information, emotional, social and/or practical support. We provide services that respond to the needs of family carers, young carers and the people they support, offering them peace of mind and understanding. We work with them and other stakeholders to influence service innovation and growth.
