Objectives

Carer Support Mole Valley (CSMV) supports Carers who are looking after a partner, relative, child, neighbour or friend who has a long term illness or is disabled or frail.

Activities

Carers Support can help Carers from all communities across Mole Valley by providing practical information and emotional support.

Our services include:

Career Advisers. They provide individual support to people caring for someone with any long term illness or disability.
Emotional Support Service. This service is for those Carers who need time to talk through concerns and feelings.
Information:
•Local and national information on services available for Carers and the people they care for including benefits and financial information
•A free Newsletter
•A website (www.mvcs.org.uk)
•A Facebook page (Carers Support Mole Valley)

Events and activities. We regularly arrange events and activities for Carers (and where possible the people they care for).

We also support Former Carers, many of whom are faced with rebuilding their lives when the person they cared for dies.

All our services are free, independent and confidential.
