Carefree Kids is a children’s charity based in the London Borough of Waltham Forest
Since 2004 we have been providing emotional support to children, teenagers and their parents and carers.
We use non-directive therapeutic play, art therapy, drama therapy and dance/movement therapy to help release troubling emotions that may be difficult to communicate verbally or in other ways.
The difference we make
By working with troubled children in school in Waltham Forest and the neighbouring boroughs we are improving the emotional wellbeing of children and families. Our work helps children learn, play and communicate better, making a difference not just to one child but to the whole school community.
