Our day hospice is all about improving the quality of life for the individual living with a terminal illness or progressive life limiting illness. We moved into our new building in High Wycombe during Spring 2017 where we provide lymphoedema care, a full range of nursing support, physiotherapy and an expanding palliative mental health service. It is a calm and cheerful place built around a disability friendly garden.
We aim to provide care which complements the services of other local providers. Counselling family carers gives them knowledge and confidence to meet the challenges and wishes demanded by those at the end of life.
