We're passionate about empowering people and communities to embrace mindful movement for a happier, healthier lifestyle.
We provide and develop free and low-cost mindful movement in communities such as yoga, breathwork, qigong and Pilates throughout Brighton and Hove. Working in partnership with communities, we provide accessible classes to people who may otherwise be unable to access them. These are offered to specific groups such as people who have experienced domestic violence or people with long-covid, and also in communities where health inequalities are most stark.
