We are an independent school registered with the Department for Education and a registered charity. Our young people have often suffered disturbed and disfunctional backgrounds and so mainstream education is not an option. We recognise emotional and social well-being as key to achieving, and our therapeutic approach to supporting children to grow in confidence and self-esteem is central to seeing them achieve.
We run a school based on two sites, with a vast range of indoor and outdoor activities (including a Vth form business centre). Our staffing to pupil ratio is often one to one and the staff are experienced in a range of practical subjects, as well as numeracy/literacy and life-skills. It is an inclusive, safe and loving environment, that can move a young person from exclusion to inclusion and a future.
