Objectives

Brickhill Scouts is a local group that provides opportunities for young people aged 6+.

Many young people gain useful life skills and improved mental health from enjoying the great outdoors.

We seek to give young people opportunities to build new skills and be part of a wider community.

Activities

We provide opportunities in 5 age ranges.

Beavers - girls and boys aged 6-8 experience team building, crafts, nights away and cooking.

Cubs- girls and boys aged 8-10 experience team building, and adventurous activities such as archery and climbing, crafts, camping and cooking.

Scouts - girls and boys aged 10-14  experience team building, and adventurous activities such as shooting and kayaking, camping and cooking.

Young Leaders - girls and boys aged 14+ volunteer to experience team leading and adventurous activities.

Adult Volunteers - age 18+ gain a wide range of skills and are supported through training and gaining a scout DBS. Some volunteers help with activities and some administrative and support tasks. We need lots of volunteers.
