Objectives

Breaking Free is a charity that specialises in supportive counselling for female adult survivors who have experienced any form of sexual abuse, including rape, whether as children or as adults.

We provide an opportunity for women over the age of 18, who have experienced any form of trauma due to sexual abuse and rape, to heal within a safe and trusted environment.

Established in 2008 and gaining charitable status in 2012, Breaking Free is a UK registered charity no 1148239, based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

We give survivors the opportunity to increase hope, recover and strive to survive and thrive.
