Objectives

Our mission is to create opportunities for young people across the Wirral.

We dedicate our time and action to aid employment, homelessness, education and participation in sport.

Our vision is to have a facility that caters for all our projects under one roof. A safe and enjoyable environment for young people to discover their potential in education, career pathways, enterprise and sport.

In this facility we will allow the young people to learn, grow and experience through real opportunities that have been specifically designed for an alternative way to learn that caters to all.

The facility naturally will create more opportunities for the community from external employment and regular projects for families and young people with different needs and difficult backgrounds.

Our Values:

Accountability and transparency

We are clear, honest and open about everything we do.

Impact and empowerment

We strive to positively impact and empower all who come into contact with Break The Mould.

Diversity

We embrace our differences and encourage all to be proud of their own uniqueness.

Break The Mould

We drive change by doing things in a markedly different way.

Proactivity

We proactively look for opportunities to move ourselves, our teams and the organisation forward
