Objectives

Born 2 Shine is a supplementary safe-haven where we unearth the jewels in young people, support families and support their academic & holistic development through our Saturday schools and holiday programmes in the Southwark and Greenwich communities.

Activities

Saturday school:

Supplementing core subjects - Maths, English & Science
General knowledge and life skills
Special Assemblies encouraging talent, public speaking and presentation.
School Holiday Programmes: Using what young people love to encourage further development.
Activity days: Puzzles, film, books, create, art etc
Vocational sessions & lessons: Musical instruments, sports
Cultural capital trips
