We're working in our local community to give young people access to incredible opportunities and skills that help them to launch well in today's world. We work with young people aged 10-18 to deliver a variety of training and experiences. Our unit has a wide variety of volunteers from different backgrounds to help deliver this.
We are an independent charity that is part of the wide Sea Cadet organisation with over 400 individual units across the country. Locally we deliver training to our cadets from sailing to catering, adventure training to first aid. Our volunteers have a wide variety of roles, from helping deliver training to helping with fundraising or administration. There are roles available for everyone who wants to help give our cadets the best experience possible.
