Bethany's Wish is a children's cancer charity based in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Nationally we support families who have a child diagnosed with a Wilms Tumour and locally we support all families in the Coventry and Warwickshire area who have any type of Cancer.
We aim to raise awareness of Wilm's Tumours and of children's cancer nationally.
We fund research into research projects looking at relapsed Wilm's.
We run CROCCS which is Carers and Relatives of Children with Cancer Support - supporting families across Coventry and Warwickshire both in clinic and in the community.
We support families nationally with a Wilm's online support group page and social media tools.
We provide a B's Bravery Bear Pack for all children nationally who are diagnosed with a Wilm's Tumour and for all children in Coventry and Warwickshire diagnosed with any form of Cancer. We also provide teenage and sibling packs.
We run an annual conference in partnership with CCLG bringing together all involved in the world of children's cancer from parents to top consultants in this field. The UK Childhood Cancer Conference is unique in the UK for it's make up and intentions and has been highly welcomed.
We are working with a team at Great Ormond Street Hospital looking for a suitable research project to invest in presently.
