Objectives

We support adults and children, locally, in Berkshire, who have a visual impairment or who are blind. We aim to provide them with the information, resources and support they need to empower themselves and live fuller and more independent lives.

We offer a plethora of services including sporting and general activities, clubs and events and workshops for our members, and are looking to develop relationships with local businesses in Berkshire, to enable us to continue providing our services and to build the awareness of our charity.

Activities

At Berkshire Vision we provide comprehensive support services to children and adults of all ages with a visual impairment or who are blind.

Throughout the year we have a comprehensive timetable of activities available for our young members (and their families), with activities including vital sensory experiences. These experiences are fundamental for developing confidence and self-esteem, enabling the children to develop the pivotal social skills that are essential for later life.
